Mouse Incapable of Movement after

After recently upgrading to Vista Ultimate, my mouse ceased to function,
I have updated all my drivers video and mouse related and now Im at a
loss for why my mouse is still not working. Nothing functions no button
clicks & no movement.

Mouse is a G5 laser logitech

Re: Mouse Incapable of Movement after

OK, you have this latest software
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/428/359&cl=us,en ?

So, next try to disable the uninstall the driver.

Reboot without mouse and then plug it in to see if it properly detects it.

Also did it come with a PS/2 port adaptor? If so does it work through a USB
port? Can you try it on another PC (it might be a hardware failure)?
