I have it on good authority that the current incarnation of Safari
actually has rather a lot of bugs. Oh dear, Apple forgot to mention that.

So the article says "Apple has compared the performances of Internet
Explorer 7, Firefox 2.0 and Opera 9 to its own browser transitioned to
Windows Vista and Windows XP and has concluded that Safari is top dog."

Is anyone surprised by this? Firefox says their browser is best when
compared to others. Opera says their browser is best when compared to
others. Microsoft says their browser is best when compared to others.
For Apple to say anything less about Safari would have been something
worth mentioning. This is not.

I installed safari... looks good for a beta... and Im sure apple will do its
best to not make a fool of it self...

it has a reputation it must keep, on of top quality products...

(if it crashes in vista you might need to run it in XPSP2 compatibility
mode)
