| | Microsoft CHAT Support asserts that my PID is incorrect Shoot-heck ... I'm copying the durned thing right outta the control panel but Microsoft insists it's just plain wrong. What am I missing here? Do they just not want to chat with me? |

They might consider flashing an error message that says, "Hey Mr customer, your license came from an OEM that probably offers you free support.
