| | Windows Live Messenger call a contact I have a new pc with Windows Vista Home Premium. I installed Windows Live messenger and was able to use the call a contact function and talk with friends for a couple days but now all it does is say "connecting with..." and never actually connects, although text is working fine. Sometimes I hear the ringing and sometimes I don't. I tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail, I even rolled back to the date I bought the pc and started again. I suspect it has nothing to do with WLM and everything to do with a vista and or security setting I made without knowing the implications. Any ideas on how to get voice working again? I'm a noob and really miss this option. |
