Vista - Window Installer Erros

OK, first I am not tech savy like most of you. Reason I purchased Vista was
to have the newest program, I upgraded from XP.

Problem, anytime I try to download software I get installer errors. I have
been unable to install MSN Live, and Yahoo Messenger etc. The following
errors is what I tried but still having problems. I have looked in the help
center and still can not figure this out. Question: Is there a way to fix
this? And can a non tech savy person such as myself do it? Something simple
that I can reqad in order to get this fix. I have my business contact on MSN
live and have not worked for two days. Thanks for any help

Just a thought - 1033 refers often to the installation folder for US
English. Not sure about 1063

By any chance do you use another language in Vista?

No just english. I will try the below. I do hope it works. I can't dowload
anything. I tried to download Windows Live. I have no anti virus software
on my computer because they required me to unistall it.

No, still not working. I don't know how to fix this. I love how vista is
but looks like I might go back to xp. I noticed that my adobe professional
and photoshop is not installed, which I need.

if you have anymoe suggestions, i am open to it
