| | I've added emails to safe list but still get them in junk mail Ok, I'm pissed...over and over again windows vista is putting important emails in the junk file...over and over again I've added those addresses to the safe sender and safe domain...but it just doesn't work....any thoughts about this? Is this happening to anyone else? I'm really not happy with vista at all, but it came with the new computer...am seriously thinking about purchasing XP and reformatting, none of the games I bought work on vista...it's a pain in the neck. -- Carol |

There's one guy in microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail today that is complaining about it, but I don't recall seeing any other complaints in the past 4 months. To me, the junk email filters work great. You can change the level of filtering in Tools - Junk E-mail options - Options tab "sunbird93" <sunbird93@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:3DBFC80A-E50B-4F49-BE97-5A07AA851567@microsoft.com... > Ok, I'm pissed...over and over again windows vista is putting important > emails in the junk file...over and over again I've added those addresses > to > the safe sender and safe domain...but it just doesn't work....any thoughts > about this? | | Re: I've added emails to safe list but still get them in junk mail Are you using Windows Mail or Outlook? I have added senders to the safe sender and safe domain and it works. Explain in detail what you are doing.
