Vista - Vista Language Translation

Dear community, may I ask you a question please? Thank you so much in advance.
I am newbie using Vista. I have a notebook (Vaio) with Windows Vista
Business installed in English version and I want to translate it to my native
language (spanish). Anybody knows what are the administrative (or support)
procedures to do that? (is it possible?).

You would need to install a Spanish version of Vista. You cannot
convert/adjust one language version to another.
