Vista - Unknown error..E-mail stuck in outbox...Is there a fix yet???

I sent a file w/ an attachment weeks ago...it is still stuck in my outbox, I
can't delete it,move it,send it, or anything! I am also not able to send any
other e-mails. I can still receive but have to use the comcast web client to
send its ridicilous! I know lots of people are having this problem is there a
fix yet that actually works???
