| | Vista Display Language Pack I just bought a new computer with Windows Vista Home Premium preloaded. I would like it to display Korean. Can you install Korean language pack or do I have to upgrade to Ultimate version? |

| | Re: Vista Display Language Pack It depends on a few factors Bebop. I don't know exactly your goal so I will give a two-part answer. To have all of Windows in Korean like the 'File' menu to say 'File' in Korean, yes. You'd need the Windows Vista Ultimate Korean Language Pack. If you want to type in Korean letters, no. You can add the Microsoft IME Keyboard. You may have used this in Windows XP before? To do so, we do a start search. Start > Start Search > Type regional > Choose Regional and Language Options > Choose Add > Click the Plus beside 'Korean' > Click the Plus beside 'Keyboard' > Checkmark Microsoft IME. Ta da! Now you can type in Korean using the Microsoft IME without installing Vista Ultimate. I hope this helps you out. Wes |

| | Re: Vista Display Language Pack Actually, you may be able to apply language packs to any Ultimate (and Enterprise)... things have changed on this front since XP.
