product key problems

I just bought a toshiba laptop and I came across a windows anytime upgrade
that came with it , I intalled it in my computer which now I regret since it
installed everything but when it asked me again for my product key and I type
it it tells me that is not genuine and I am just stuck. Is there a way in
which I can get reed of this upgrade and go back to where i was before or
what can I do
I will apreciate if you can help me today thanks
