| | Getting the Dialup Server to answer I want to use VNC to remotely control a PC This is dialup direct, not via Internet. I have worked my way through the (somewhat obscure) method of creating an incoming connection to the PC, under Vista. I did this by reading Help (inaccurate) and online stuff from M$oft (alo inaccurate).....humph over <G> Now, I am trying to work out how to get the thjing to answer the phone, so I can remote-connect. Can anyone help me, please? Thanks for any input. | | Simple Solution Get Symantec PCAnywhere, it has more functionality than VNC and will do what you require. PCAnywhere costs $$. How do I get the Vista Dialup Server to auto answer? That is my question. -- OldNick ------------------------------------------------------------------------ OldNick's Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/member.php?userid=26275 View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=771410 http://forums.techarena.in |
