Using Simplified Chinese Software in Traditional Chinese Vista

I am currently using the Vista Business 64bit version,
I would like to install and run some simplified chinese software in my
traditional chinese platform.
However, I cannot find a tools like Applocale in Vista, and the old
AppLocale cannot be installed, so how can I solve the problem?

RE: Using Simplified Chinese Software in Traditional Chinese Vista

Hi,
The applocale can be install into Vista, but I am not sure if it will work
for you. Here's the steps.

Go to: Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts
next go to 'Turn User Account Control on or off' and uncheck the UAC and
reboot.
You should be able to install provided you are the adminstrator.

Hope this helps
