blocking user in mail groups

I know how to block someone in newsgroups but how do I get their already
posted mail to disappear?

Thanks, but I was wondering if there was someway as in XP when after
blocking the sender it gave you an option to delete all their posts at one
time

Sort by sender, highlight first, press shift, highlight last, press delete, OK
confirmation.

I have seen no option to do this automatically in Windows Mail, and do not
remember if it was possible in Outlook Express.

crate a rule for them to marked as read.

Menu bar (ALT is not visible), View > Current View, uncheck Group Messages by
