Nero and Vista

The other day I went to Vista Business, which obtained
through Dell upgrades. When I installed the Office 2003, the
MUS, which I needed said I was required to have
administrator privilege. Most accounts formed for newly
installed OS are administrator according to accounts
control, but act more like 'standard user' according to the
MUS. so it block the user out unless (s)he forms a secondary
account profile with the administrator stamp on it. If the
user (which is the only user) sets up dual profile(s)
settings under each of these separate profiles, purchased
software such as nero, for instance complains that the
software is in use as a dual copy.
I believe that in order to solve this issue the MUS should
allow the user to validate his/her administrator account
(under one account)by asking the Local user name, and
requiring the Product key and COA of the Microsoft products
to be entered manually on the site, then verifying that with
the UAC (Unless UAC itself is buggy).
Please note that I'll also notify Nero of the issue.

In Romans 1 there are qualities of Unregenerate man listed
which describe him in the last days.
Is your quality found on this list??
