When viewing text files on the web, make them open with notepad

Is there a way to make it so that if I am viewing a web page tha has
a .txt file, normally, when you click on it, it opens up the text file
with IE.

How can I make so anytime I come across a .txt file on a web page, it
will open up with notepad instead.

Possible?

I have found no way to do what you ask. Copy and paste is the only way.
