go to meeting codec

I am trying to view an academy on line. I have downloaded the 'go to meeting'
codec several times. It still tells me that I need to download a codec. I was
told that windows media player wouldn't work so I am trying Real player but
still no success. any ideas?

Re: go to meeting codec

What's the full usage context? What file format? What's the URL?
Is this for local or online content?

Since what you're missing is a codec, switching to another player should
probably have zero effect upon this issue.

Which specific codec did you download? To my knowledge, only the Citrix
codec should work here, of course....
