Compressed Folders Error

I am trying to compress files in my Music Folder by highlighting about 30 at
a time and then using the 'Send To' option. It starts off o.k. but then
comes up with 'File not found or no read permission'. I tried this function
yesterday but after successfully compressing a couple of times, it then told
me that it couldn't perform compressions as there was another compression
file running (or words to that effect).

Does anybody understand these 'error' messages and is there a solution please.

Re: Compressed Folders Error

I would not even try to compress music files. They are already compressed as
much as they can be. You will gain nothing to little by trying to compress
them further. What you "may" accomplish is cause sound degradation or file
corruption. Then your music will be next to useless.
