| Guest | RE: DVD driver problems I saw that but was hoping for a VISTA specific work around. I drilled through the regisistry and backed up the key. The key didn't have 'UpperFilters' but did have 'LowerFilters' which I deleted. I then went back to device manager and uninstalled thee DVD in error then scanned for new devices. The DVD was reinstalled correctly. I am now wrestling with problems on my home entertainment server (Vista Ultimate x64 on AMD 4200 X2 + 2gb) I will post separately as more complex. -- Regards, Brian "brianjcook" wrote: > Having problems.
