| | Verizon V-cast software V-cast software has been released for Vista (32b, not sure about 64), not so excited about the software as the usb driver for my LG 8300 phone, I can now sync music directly via cable rather than pull the tinsy little card out every time. |

| | RE: Verizon V-cast software Did you have issues connecting your LG 8300 to computer via USB port? Installed new software, looks like installed successfully, device mgr sees phone, but when I go into Music Manager, box pops up saying phone un-plugged, asks me to re-install drivers, and then I get drivers installed in-correctly error. If I can not get this to work, how did you load or unload your memory card with songs to be used on phone? Thx! | | Re: Verizon V-cast software With the new software, all I have to do is plug the ($30.00) cable into the phone & the usb port on the p.c. all works wonderfuly....otherwise, you have to pull the card out of the phone and use the memory card reader to transfer music. What you are discribing is what happend before the new software was installed....it just would not work going around in circles with the loop you are talking about. Another thought is that if you have installed the driver but not the software, you may need to put your phone into the synch mode manually.
