Vista, Username

Files under my Username became corrupt and I created a new Administrator user
acct. for myself. I'm the only user on this machine.
When I now try to delete the old username I get a message telling me that I
don't have permission.
I've turned off the UAC but still can't delete the old username.
What else do I need to turn on or off?
Please help.

read here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

Marko

What is the name of the old user account?

The only time I have seen this behavior before is if someone was using the
Built-in Administrator account as their everyday account?
