how to video chat?

can anyone tell me how to video chat. i have no idea. I got a new laptop that
is sopposed to be good for that but i just dont know wut to do. Can anyone
help me?

First of all you need a webcam. Some new laptops have them preinstalled.
Secondly, you need friends online, who also have one of the Messenger
Services listed below.
Thirdly, you need Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger.
Once you have all of the above, you take it from there.

Re: how to video chat?

That takes care of the video but you need a microphone or headphones pluged
in to talk to the person as well. You speakers will give you sound but a
pair of headphones with a mic are best.
