Windows Features On/Off is missing??

    Hoock The Spook Guest

    Windows Features On/Off is missing??

    I go to Control \Panel, click on Programs and Features, then on to the Turn
    On/Off Windows Features, the page appears to load but then says "done" with
    nothing but a blank page!!!

    Where have they all gone?

    Make sure the "Windows Modules Installer" service is running.

    Yep, it's set to enabled/automatic/started ................. still no joy!
