Voice recognition easy question

I have everything set up nicely to begin actually using this program to
dictate a letter, however every word I say into my mic shows up in a dialog
box quite accurately along with several other choices. This forces me to
name the number and say ok to get anything to appear on the Office page. Try
as I might, I can not find any settings to change or fix this. It is as if
everything I say is and error that it is trying to fix and yet it is typed
quite accurately only just in the box. Any hellp would be greatly
appreciated. Jane

It seems to vary by application. I have a similar experience with Microsoft
Works, whereas it works fine with notepad or Wordpad.

One suggestion might be to do your dictating into notepad or wordpad first,
and then copy it into Office.
