Vista Tutorial - Tuning facility

Nigel, I am happy that you mention the Tuning facility in the control
panel. I need you to tell me how to find it and get my performance rating
checked out.
I feel i have poor performing and sending dummy instructions that cause some
confused items. Can you remember how to find that tuning device. I am
still stumbling all around and learning this version.
Any comments are welcome by vista ultimate users
I hope that Microsoft can do what you asked, i think is a very EXCELLENT
