| | windows installer and update Hoi lui, I had major problems with the update from Microsoft. I got new updates and Vista could not install them. all i got where errors. A lot of people on these pages have the same problems. Another problem i have was with the installer, i could not install any program. If i tried i got a message saying something about "Windows installer not accessible". All the solution mentioned on this website didn't work for me. So i decided to put the vista disk in the drive en to try a repair. before i could do anything the setup was busy with a update of my os. (i had bussiness and now it was updating to business again). After a long time i could login. And guess what: all my problems where gone. The downside was that i had to reinstall a few programs (VMware workstation and nero 7). Vista is working like a clock, no problems anymore and all program are working. Vista and i are back loving each other. May bay someone can use my experience. Greetings from the netherlands, Ed -- Medion Latop 94500 2Gb ram vista business |
