Where is the help for command line commands?

Hi Peter,

Use Google. You'll find everything you need.

Re: Where is the help for command line commands?

Type "command line help" in Vista's Help and Support. It will lead you to
detailed links on Microsoft's site for all command line commands.

Re: Where is the help for command line commands?

Thanks,
found it now in the MSDN.
I searched for some commands, with the search box or the index, inside
the help and found nothing, therefore I thought that files are at
another place, or something like this, because it was available offline
in XP.

Go to help and support. Search for "command line reference"

For quick help on a command you can just type the command with /? at the
end. Or use the Help command itself.

eg. DIR

HELP DIR

or

DIR /?

You an type HELP for a list of commands too.
