Button images missing in Windows Help system

When I open Help for Windows Vista Help, IE Help, Windows Mobility Center
Help; any Windows OS specific program's Help system, the button images are
missing. I get a box with a word description of the button, and the little
box with a red "x". Where did the images go?

You could try this registry fix:

Pages in Windows Vista Help and Support are not displayed correctly, by
