Vista - Control Panel and so on.

First off when i woke up today i turned on my PC and Tried to use my Windows
Key + Tab to switch threw my Windows.... and that didn't work when just the
night before it was. So i figured it would be an issue with Windows Vista
Aero so i try to enter my Control Panel to fix the problem ..... Well now my
Control Panel just Crashes Without error. I have also tried Right-Clicking my
Desktop background and clicking Personalize however that has no result as
well. Any idea's how to fix this?
