| | Message asking me to change screen resolution Hi, I got a new flatscreen computer monitor. It's native resolution is 1680x1050. However this resolution is not available when I try to change the screen resolution. So I set it to the next best resolution and I think it works out fine. However. I keep getting this message that says "for best picture quality set the screen resolution to 1680x1059. Press "1" to clear this message. Press "2" to disable this message." I've tried pressing 1 and 2 but nothing happens. This message has been popping up every 30 minutes or so for about a month. It clears away on its own after about 10 seconds but I've recently installed Fable onto my computer and for some reason the message shows up alot more when I'm playing the game. It's impossible to play it with this message showing up constantly. How can I get rid of this for good? |

Update your video card drivers and you should be able to set the resolution to native. Alias |

The "1" and "2" are buttons on your monitor, not on your keyboard. As for the screen resolution, your video card must support it. Since I don't know what video card you have, I can't tell you whether it does or not. Go to either the video card mftr.'s website OR the OEM's website if you have that sort of computer (Dell, HP, Sony, etc.) for your specific model machine. Download the latest video drivers for your card and install them. If your card supports 1680x1050, you should now be able to set the resolution.
