Business and Enterprise also allow remote desktop connections. All versions include the client, meaning they can connect to a terminal server or other remote desktop. -- Tom Porterfield |

| | Re: Terminal Services and Vista the CLIENT is available on all versions of windows including win95 and up! Even in linux you can have a client.. even on portable devices! THE SERVER (TERMINAL SERVICES) is available only in those you said. | | Re: Terminal Services and Vista yes you are correct...i didnt notice the "also" I want to add that all these only support ONE remote connection at a time... if the OP wants a real terminal serverhe has to get a server version of windows. There is no Microsoft RDP client for Vista Home or Home Premium,. Also Terminal Services is NOT available on Vista - certain version allow for a single remote desktop connection or session shadow for remote assistance. This is not the same as Windows Terminal Services which is a Windows Server technology. Please read the post before you attempt to correct already valid answers. -- Mike Brannigan "carl feredeck" <carlferedeck@wizzmail.com> wrote in message news:46a9027e@newsgate.x-privat.org... > the CLIENT is available on all versions of windows including win95 and up! > Even in linux you can have a client.. even on portable devices! > > THE SERVER (TERMINAL SERVICES) is available only in those you said. > > > > "Mike Brannigan" <Mike.Brannigan@localhost> wrote in message > news:F2CCF3BC-0B5C-4901-AD81-E43E0281EE64@microsoft.com... >> "Markus" <Markus@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:4A338E4B-9D04-48D7-8647-B40099983717@microsoft.com... >>> Anyone know which of the 4 versions of Vista has Terminal Services?
