Schools of the future vs Gates

Not usually a Gates basher, but this really sucks!

I didn't find anything wrong with that. He seemed to want to get kids more
on technology what's wrong with that.

The XO project is highly questionable. It may never be a
success.

Gates has more realistic views, and he actually does something
useful. One of the schools in my vicinity here in Germany has
been equipped by his foundation, and that's an immediate
success, for which the students are clearly grateful.

If you ship $100 computers into developing countries, they will
predictably not fulfill most of their promises, for a whole
range of reasons.

How much time have you spent in developing countries?

So tell us about the nausea.. what causes it? Like BG said, getting the
hardware out there is simple enough.. it is the support services which are
most difficult to set up and maintain..
