    mistaken hope for narrator

    The changed settings only work for a short while, now it's pops up at the
    logon screen and I'm more confused then ever

    These settings
    Step 1:Open control panel
    Step 2:Click on Optimize visual display under Ease of Access
    Step 3:Uncheck turn on narrator
    Step 4:Click on apply
    Step 5:Restart system
    After I restarted narrator popped up at the logon screen but after that
    everything was cool.
