| | Unable to install kernel-mode print driver At the end of installing some software, I receive the following error: "Windows can't install the {application name} Printer Driver kernel-mode print driver. To obtain a driver that is compatible with the version of Windows you are running, contact the manufacturer." Does anyone know of a work-a-round for this. The 2 programs that I'm currently trying to install are "Smith Micro's Hot Fax Message Center" and "Nuance's (Scansoft) OmniForm 5.0" David |

I have checked with the manufacturers and neither could provide any information at present as to whether there would be Vista compatible updates. I know that sometimes industrious "computerites" (sorry) will come up with ways to get things to work. Just hoping. David |
