Folder tree in Windows Vista

Can I (And if yes, how??) prevent the tree in windows Explorer from
"unfolding"?

I find it very annoying that I get to see almost all the folders and
subfolders in "c:\username\".

Please help!

Marcel

I *think* you need to change the 'Simple folder view' checkbox in

Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View

The list opens by default, but one click on the black tick by the word

Re: Folder tree in Windows Vista

I know it does, Ian.

But still it's very annoying!

Any other answers out there, maybe?
