| | Need to Display the "Computer Description" column (like I could in XP) In Windows XP, the "Computer Description" field (found at My Computer > Properties > Computer Name > Computer Description) could be viewed as the "Comments" column in "My Network Places." With Windows Vista, however, I can NOT find a way to display the Computer Description column when viewing the list of computers using the "Network" function. Is this possible in Vista? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jessi |

This does not appear to be possible in Vista. The way that all the new network windows are arranged is a complete mess in Vista, and I miss being able to have network locations and FTP sites in My Network Places. ss. |
