| Guest | upgrading current pc to vista I am going to be upgrading my current computer from xp media center to vista home premium. Would it work if I were to use the easy transfer cable and software to transfer all of my files to an external hard drive and then once vista is installed transfer all the files back from the external hard drive? |

You want to make sure your current system supports Vista fully before upgrading. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "Greg88" <Greg88@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A0AB7A8A-8182-4759-A95D-7B14B9F6658E@microsoft.com... >I am going to be upgrading my current computer from xp media center to >vista > home premium.
