Re: MVP's were are you

Hi brelade,

I believe the issue is the lack of inbuilt support for WebDAV in Vista.
This download may help:

As was explained to me in another post, I was wrong when it comes to
using the MS tools that are not following the Web standards, sorry for
my confusion.

Pardon my possible ignorance of MS appaling Front Page and their weird
"Server Extensions" but what I am seeing is a template that says

While you are trying

which is not the same...

Should it not be

> http://breladecockerspaniels.co.uk/index_files for the folder that the contact form is in?

Or maybe

> http://breladecockerspaniels.co.uk/public_html if uploading the whole site?

I still see no sense in losing the ability to use FTP but frontpage sucks.

Unfortunately form processing is not the easiest bit of HTML to learn.

Re: MVP's were are you

Jane.

Many thanks "BANG ON THE MONEY" with this
one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, your download has done the trick.

You don't know how long i have been trying to get an answer on this subject,
lets just say weeks.

I knew what i wanted to do, but Add new network connection wouldn't allow me
to do this.

I am going to pass this info on to my host, as they have been lacking on
subject knowledge on Vista & soon as you mention Publisher it throws people
sideways..

Thankyou to "ALL" who have replied to my question it has been interesting
reading.

Please visit my website at http://breladecockerspaniels.co.uk anytime and
test the response form (Better viewed in IE not Firefox at present)
