Stationary for Outllook 2007

I like using Cloudeight Stationary and I could use it on Outlook Express and
Windows Mail. I switched to Outlook 2007 and now I can't download any
stationary I always get an error message.
"Unable to to create file c:\program files\common files\microsoft
shared\stationary\"etc
Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem as I am not to good at this kind
of thing?
Thank for your help.

RE: Stationary for Outllook 2007

I am having the same problem. I can't use stationary with my 2007 even.
When I try to save one I have to pic it apart and create a new one. This is
a very frustrationg mail program and wish I hadn't updated to it.

Re: Stationary for Outllook 2007

I have Outlook 2003, not 2007, but try this..
download the CloudEight file, click on Save, not Run...
go to the file location in Windows Explorer,
right-click on the file, and select "Run as Administrator"
if you get a security warning, click on "Run"
click on UAC warning "Allow"
click on "Start" on the install program
ok
