unable to save to c

I have attempted to backup to c:\users\username(using the profile name)
\quickenbackup
and still receive the error "unable to save to c"
the folder has full rights the file has full rights, the program has
full rights... please help...
I need to save a copy to c... when backing anything and no matter what
I do I cant save to c...
I am logged in as the only user on the pc who has admin rights...

Hi,

Open notepad and try to save a .txt file to that same location. If you can,
then you have an issue with the program. If you cannot, you have an issue
with write privileges in your user account and that folder. I suspect the
latter, and you will need to adjust these under the security settings of the
folder's properties.
