Right click menu

Is there a way to add options to the right click menu? I am using PC- Cillin
for Virus protection. To scan a file for a virus I have to first open
PC-Cillin and then drag the files to the main PC-Cillin window to scan them.
Any other program I have used had an option to scan for virus from the right
click menu.

Thanks

Just right click Start, open Explore and scan down to SendTo. Drag and drop
the PG-Cillin to that folder.
