BUG in UI: some buttoms may flash when the mouse is on them

Reproduction steps:
1. Start -> type Services and hit Enter key
2. select a service, right click, properties
3. a new window is opened, then move the mouse cursor on the X (close) button
.... and the X button will start flashing!!!

Re: BUG in UI: some buttoms start flashing when the mouse is on them

Sure does...
But is that a "feature" or a bug?

it's a bug, because the button light is flashing forever: light on, then
light off, light on, etc. in an infinite loop.
This flashing bug may occurs in other places in blue buttons.
The light should be on when the mouse is on the button and turn off when is
out, but with this bug we have light on, light off, light on, light off when
the mouse is on the buttons

Re: BUG in UI: some buttoms start flashing when the mouse is on them

Probably caused by the fact that some windows are refreshed to update
contents, thus the flashing as the button loses focus during the re-draw.
