Vista - unable to save to c

good morning --In new vista computer no matter what I attempt to back
up I get the "unable to save to c" error... I have attempted to back
up to the users\(username)\name of program backup after creating the
folder..and still get error -- I have gone to the C and to the folder
and given it full security access for both admin and user... and
nothing works... any ideas of how to proceed... thank you. lgn

In your programs's Options|Preferences|Tools, is the path to the folder you
save in written correctly? For example does, "C:\Users\(username)\name of
program backup", have the proper spaces and text? Too, you could try
putting the whole path in quotes.
