| | unable to save to c good morning --In new vista computer no matter what I attempt to back up I get the "unable to save to c" error... I have attempted to back up to the users\(username)\name of program backup after creating the folder..and still get error -- I have gone to the C and to the folder and given it full security access for both admin and user... and nothing works... any ideas of how to proceed... thank you. lgn |

| | Re: unable to save to c In your programs's Options|Preferences|Tools, is the path to the folder you save in written correctly? For example does, "C:\Users\(username)\name of program backup", have the proper spaces and text?
