Microsoft Outlook web access

I bought a new hp computer with the Vista program, but I am having problems
with outlook web access. I can login, send, and receive emails, but I cannot
type anything in the body of the emails. When I reply, forward,or new
message all that it pulls up is a white box witha red X in it, and it will
not let me type anything in the body of the email. Are there setting I need
to change somewhere? If so, please be very detailed as I know very little
about computers. Thanks for your help. Shawver21

Re: Microsoft Outlook web access

Hi,

Your system administrator will need to patch the Exchange Server.
Update for Exchange 2003 (KB 911829)

Re: Microsoft Outlook web access

Hi,

It's not you, it's the server hosting OWA. It needs the patch described
here:

RE: Microsoft Outlook web access

When I try this download I get a message that reads "Download requires
elevation" What does that mean? What do I need to do now? Thanks

Re: Microsoft Outlook web access

Hi,

You don't need to download the fix - the system administrator at your
workplace needs it to patch the Exchange server.
