Vista SP0.5

Two Beta patches (KB938194 and KB938979) titled "Vista compatibility and
reliability patch" have been released (leaked?). They contain a number
of Vista fixes. There is a 32 bit and 64 bit version. There are a number
of reviews available and download link on guru3d.com if you want to
check it out. I'm waiting for more input or the official release.

I've read that they are to be officially released in a week's time, so you
might as well wait a little while.

Re: Vista SP0.5

FYI the versions you see in the two links are final- they will not undergo
further changes

I am not doubting you eher but how do you know there will not be any changes?

Much easier to get them straight from Microsoft! Just go here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938979/en-us and here:
