when logging onto the internet, Navcancl pops up.

when logging onto the internet, Navcancl pops up. The information displayed
is:-
Navcancl
type: Unknown
From ieframe.dll
would you like to open or save?
I have tried to do both but to no avail. Then another message appears:-
Checknow
AOL HTML Document, 35.0KB
C:\ program files\Dell support\checknow \html
Can sombody please help as i am a novice. Please explain procedure so i can
understand.
