Computer would not boot

Hello,

My new computer no longer boots up normally. How can I restore it?
It does not go far enough for me to get to Help. (I am a real novice
at vista.)

Hi,

Thanks anyway. I was asking about the use of system restore as used
in WinXP. Matter fixed.
