| | Are there updates available for use with older hardware I recently acquired a new computer that has vista installed. I have tried to install my digital camera and a simcard reader. Neither of which work. The software seems to load but the hardware itself isn't being recognised. Are there any updates for use with these items? |

While some drivers may be available from Windows Update they are supplied by the manufacturer and often the drivers from Windows Update are outdated so it is always best to check the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers compatible with your operating system and/or to check to see if the manufacturer is supporting the specific hardware in your current operating system. -- Michael Solomon Backup is a PC user's best friend DTS-L.Org: http://www.dts-l.org/ |
