Internet Explorer/Protected Mode/Temp

Are the files that are normally in the Internet Temporary folder available
when Internet Explorer is in Protected Mode.

I have Protected Mode checked in Internet Explorer but I don't see any files
in Vista like I do when using Windows XP.

I would appreciate any help you might offer.

Hi Mike,

They should be. Have you looked here in Internet options:
1. Click "Tools" in IE7 or "Internet Options" in classic view Control Panel.
2. In "General" tab, click "Settings" under the "Browsing history" section.
3. Click "View Files"

The "Temporary Internet Files" folder default location is:
"C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files"

Hope this helps,
Shawn
