| Guest | Docked profile changing every time I undock and dock again I have a Dell Latitude D620 docked in a d-bay with an external 19" LCD. I use both screens when the laptop is docked and I use the external 19" LCD as primary screen and the laptop screen as secondary to the left of the other. Now my problem is that every time I undock, use the laptop by it self and then dock it again, the default screen changes back to laptop screen and its situated on top of the 19" in display settings. So every time I have to change the 19" to be my primary screen and readjust the location of the laptopscreen. I turn the machine off every time, so it should not be trouble with sleep mode or the likes. Now I wonder if this is a problem with the Dell/Intel display screen drivers, or if its a problem with the Windows Vista docked profile changing. In Windows XP I could find the docked profile under hardware profiles, but now I cant even find hardware profiles location. Did a search in help and that did not help, so I try here instead. ![]() Thanks in advance. Øystein |
