video help

i recored some video onto a video camera that records on DVD-R discs. i
finalized it and i put it into the disc drive on my computer. but i cant
save the files to a video folder so that i can upoad them onto youtube. i
can watch them on InterVideo, but i cant get them saved to a file. it might
be because when i was watching a movie i selected always open with windows
media player. how would i change that option so i can save files to a folder
instead? your help is greatly appreciated.

Re: video help

Hi,

Have you tried right clicking the drive in Windows Explorer and using the
explore option. The default action, open, will do whatever you indicated to
do, in this case to play in InterVideo. The explore option should allow you
to look at the files on the disk where you can copy/paste them to a new
location.
